** ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES***(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):
** Handle performance management and corrective action processes in partnership with HRBP.
* Provide guidance on employee relations concerns in partnership with management.
* Work with the Legal team to draft employee severance agreements.
* Facilitate employee changes within Workday (pay changes, title changes, cost center changes, etc.)
* Process employee terminations within Workday.
* Partner with the HR team to manage large group onboardings.
* Present key information as needed to leadership.
* Manage projects and initiatives as directed by management.
* Drive continuous improvement across all responsibilities & processes.
* Ensure compliance with local/state/federal laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from Workday.
* Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
* Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
* Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
* Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
* Undertake tasks around performance management.
* Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
* Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
* Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
* Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
** REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS***(To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)
** At least 2+ years of relevant experience
* Strong presentation skills.
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
* Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
*** Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
* At least 2+ years of experience in HR
* PHR or SHRM certification

The expected salary range for this position is between:$61,200.00 - $71,000.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
