Division IT Support. The right candidate will provide computer (hardware and software), printer, copier, and phone support for the division, supporting users, model homes, sales centers, and division offices with networking, internet connectivity, and technology needs.
Responsibilities- Provide support to users on all applications, including Microsoft Windows Enterprise, Windows Server, web/internet based applications and services, Active Directory/Active Roles, AS/400 – JD Edwards, Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Teams, and other software trained on.
- Complete work orders, fully documenting each step of the troubleshooting process.
- Provide technical training to peers on an as‑needed basis.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Maintain division IT hardware including laptops, tablets, wireless mobile devices, printers, copiers, division network hardware and servers, audio/visual and video conference hardware, and software applications used by the division.
- Provide system accessibility to all users with minimal downtime, including sales and construction offices.
- Manage computer software and hardware inventory, including maintenance, upgrades, and replacements, and work with vendors to procure necessary equipment and software.
- Administer all user accounts and groups on all systems, setting up new users, changing accounts, and terminating accounts upon employee separation.
- Work with divisional, regional, and corporate staff to meet the IT needs of the divisions.
- Support networking principles, network security, wiring, and server maintenance; monitor performance, troubleshoot problems and outages, schedule upgrades, evaluate system functions, and collaborate on network optimization.
- Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university.
- One to two years of related experience and/or training.
- Proficient in latest technology for IT systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Superb analytical skills.
- Knowledge of computer security practices.
- Ability to train and deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency with MS Office and email.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and maintain attention to detail.
Full Time, In Office.
Travel RequirementsThis position will be based in the Hilton Head‑Savannah division of the Coastal Carolina Region. Travel will be required within the division and region, encompassing areas from Jasper County to just south of Brunswick, GA. Candidates must be able to work overtime, travel within the region, stay overnight as needed, and maintain regular in‑office attendance.
