Position: RN On-Call Weekends - BONUS

Position

Crescent Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Compensation and Benefits
  • $5,000 Sign On Bonus
  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Schedule:

Weekend On Call - Friday, 4:30pm - Monday, 8am.

Territory:
Hilton Head, Bluffton, Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, providing unwavering support in critical moments.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to meet agency and regulatory standards.
  • Provide support for families, guiding and supporting them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care preferred.
  • Current, unencumbered RN license.
  • Minimum one year experience as an RN in a medical‑surgical/acute care setting. Hospice experience is a plus.
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with EMR.
  • Current CPR certification, if required by state.
