Position OverviewOur ideal candidate is dynamic, has a strong desire for overall health, wellness, and recovery, and is eager to build relationships with guests. The RN will be responsible for administering IV therapy, intramuscular injections, and prescribed injections for weight loss. Duties also include storage, inventory management, and administration of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals. The RN will maintain accurate charting, keep current waivers, and demonstrate strong organizational skills while fostering guest loyalty and contributing to center sales.
EssentialFunctions
- Work a minimum of 16 hours a week on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Take vital signs, auscultate lung sounds, and use an intravenous catheter with aseptic technique.
- Comprehend and explain the benefits of all nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals available.
- Order standing supplies and maintain accurate reporting of all inventories.
- Understand, follow, and enforce all iCRYO protocols, procedures, safety guidelines, and medical directives.
- Maintain proficient charting and documentation skills per iCRYO standards.
- Display exceptional guest‑experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain loyalty.
- Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements, including sales goals.
- Valid RN SC state license and CPR certification.
- Proficient in IV/IM administration with at least 3+ years of nursing experience.
- Excellent time‑management, judgement, and multitasking abilities.
- Work independently without direct physician supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to manage, teach, and continually educate other nurses in the primary location.
- Strong charting, documentation, and organizational skills.
