Director of Health Services – The Palmettos of Bluffton, Bluffton, SC 29909, USA.
We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused leader to manage the Nursing Department and provide administrative and overall managerial authority for all functions, including care delivery activities and training.
Job Type: Full Time.
Position Highlights- Responsible for maintaining clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication.
- Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementation of care.
- Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow and prioritizes patient care needs.
- Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Experience and Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – licensed in South Carolina.
- Professional experience in geriatrics, nursing administration, or related areas.
- Caring and compassionate, positive attitude, and team player.
- Prior experience as Director of Nursing (DON) preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in nursing administration, practice, rehabilitation, and partner relations management.
