Join a Patient-Focused Healthcare Team A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Bluffton, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider who enjoys delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care in a collaborative clinical environment while practicing with a high level of autonomy.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary and family care to patients of all ages.
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing follow-up care.
- Perform routine physicals, health screenings, and preventive care services.
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Manage clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.
- Accurately document patient encounters using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current National Board Certification.
- Active South Carolina Nurse Practitioner license.
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in:
Primary Care Family Medicine Urgent Care - Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Strong EMR proficiency.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
- Ability to practice independently while working collaboratively within a clinical care team.
- Experience managing chronic medical conditions.
- Strong preventive care and patient education background.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure if needed.
Full-Time (38 hours per week) Monday–Friday Clinic hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Four-week full-time orientation and training program (40 hours/week) In-person, patient-facing role Occasional travel to nearby clinic locations may be required. Periodic weekend and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Important InformationA minimum of one (1) year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care is required. Candidates without the required experience cannot be considered. DEA registration may be required during onboarding. This is an onsite, patient-facing position.
