We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join our highly skilled neonatal team.

As a NICU RN, you will provide direct nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns while collaborating with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, compassionate, and experienced in caring for high-risk neonatal populations.
What You Will Do In This Role- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for neonatal patients.
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and changing clinical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Operate and monitor advanced neonatal equipment and technology.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide education, emotional support, and resources to parents and family members.
- Document patient care accurately within the electronic medical record.
- Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice activities.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- STABLE must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
- Neonate Resuscitate, or Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Prior Level III or higher NICU experience is required
