With two Food & Beverage outlets, including our newly renovated Bistro opening in June, we are seeking enthusiastic Full-Time and Part-Time Servers to join our exceptional team.

• Provide warm, professional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, specials, and beverage offerings to assist guests and make recommendations.
• Anticipate guest’s needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction and memorable experiences.
• Participate in departmental and pre-shift meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and complete assigned side duties.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Prior serving or customer service experience preferred.
• Private club experience is highly desirable.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol. Belfair covers the cost of alcohol server certification, which must be completed within 30 days of hire.

• Open to training applicants who are hospitality-minded, service-driven, and personable—ideal for both primary and secondary employment.
• No late evenings: most shifts end by 9–10 PM.
