• Interacts with crew members and customers with a fun and welcoming attitude
• Assists with training and provides continuous positive feedback for team members
• Delegates daily functions of the café including product prep, making food and smoothies, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties
• Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty
• Trains as backup for manager functions such as hiring and onboarding process, scheduling, food and supply ordering, and monitoring sales growth and cost controls
• Presents a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all cleanliness and appearance standards
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

• 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field
• Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house
• Current Serv Safe certification preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
