Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate at Sam's Club. The role supports stocking and customer service in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas, ensuring products are ready for members and maintaining sanitary conditions.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation and audits.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products to members, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, following cold chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring equipment operation, and reporting issues to Management.
• Support a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area; ensure high-quality products are available for members; stock displays and maintain temperature control and proper expiration date verification.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances, up to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
