• You have a passion for driving results: you drive sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class guest experience. You create, manage and own your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
• You are a business innovator: you analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real‑time, innovative business decisions that achieve store financial goals.
• You are a people leader: you recruit, hire and retain a high‑performing team, advocate for their development, encourage internal opportunities and maintain a succession plan. You develop store leadership through training, performance feedback, individual development plans and annual performance reviews.
• You champion teamwork: you establish and communicate goals, hold the team accountable to brand standards, and celebrate outstanding performance daily.
• You ensure the store rocks AEO Brand Standards: you maintain visual and merchandising processes, manage floorsets, merchandise adjustments and replenishment, and ensure the team understands their role in keeping the store guest‑ready.
• You manage workforce effectively: you schedule based on traffic, calendars and payroll reports, keeping payroll in check while leveraging talent to deliver an impeccable guest experience.
• You act with integrity: you make fair compensation decisions, ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards, follow AEO policies and procedures, and consistently do the right thing.

• You have led functional teams in a retail management role.
• You can multi‑task and have attention to detail; priority‑setting and time management are your strong suits.
