• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning
• Ensure all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, open and close the business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (up to 7+ hours per day)
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability, including nights and weekends

$10 – $15+ per hour (base pay plus up to 12% commission)
