About the Role:As a Field Agent with Summit Shores Advisors, your primary goal is to assist eligible beneficiaries in your community with their Medicare and/ or ACA health insurance needs. You will be responsible for:
- Generating leads and setting appointments within your service area.
- Conducting needs-based assessments to understand clients' healthcare and financial situations.
- Educating clients on their Medicare options, including Advantage (MA), Supplement (Medigap) plans or ACA (under 65) plans.
- Enrolling clients in suitable plans and providing ongoing service and support.
- Expanding your offerings to include Life, and Ancillary products when appropriate.
- Representing Summit Shores Advisors with professionalism and integrity in the community.
- Active Health Insurance License (Life & Health)
- Strong desire to build residual income, driven to succeed in a field sales role.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and field sales skills
- Prior Medicare or ACA sales experience (training offered with all backgrounds)
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish or other language skills a plus)

Access to 60+ top insurance carriers (e.g., Aetna, Humana, Devoted, Wellcare).
Flexible Earnings Structure:
Choose between up-front partnership commissions for steady cash flow or standard direct-to-carrier payouts for maximum income potential.
Local Field Focus:
Hands-on, face-to-face role engaging clients at home and in community events across 50+ active adult communities.
