Some eligibility required (Driver’s License, taking the truck home, etc.)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Self-starter and effectively install equipment from start to finish in both residential and commercial establishments

Properly fill out paperwork following Summit’s installation process

Inventory install to job cost Understanding of installing communicating equipment

Effectively explain to customers how to operate the new system

Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction

Keep and maintain inventory in your company service truck

Keep truck, tools, and supplies organized

Be on-call rotation with other technicians for after-hours calls (position specific)

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License

Past experience as an HVAC installer or comparable education

High school Education or Beyond

EPA Certification

Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems

Ability to climb ladders/stairs, work in attic spaces/crawl spaces, and lift 40 pounds, etc.

Need to be personable with the willingness to learn and grow

Team player with positive attitude
