Senior Plumbing Technician

Howell Chase is seeking a Senior Plumbing Technician to join our Skilled Labor team in the Construction industry. Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and retrofits for construction and service projects.
• Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues involving piping, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and related systems.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to plan and execute plumbing layouts in coordination with HVAC and construction teams.
• Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and mentorship to junior and mid-level plumbing technicians.
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain findings, present repair or replacement options, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Use digital tools to document work performed, create service reports, and manage work orders and time entries accurately.
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe, clean, and working condition.
• Participate in an on-call rotation or extended hours as needed to support customer and project demands.
