$27-$32/hour | Full-Time
Are you the person everyone calls when the AC isn't working? We want you on our team.
Colleton River Club is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our heating, cooling, refrigeration, and mechanical systems running smoothly across the property.
What You'll Be Doing- Troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps, split systems, cooling towers, chillers, and building automation systems.
- Maintain refrigeration equipment, coolers, freezers, compressors, condensers, fans, and coils.
- Service and maintain ice machines.
- Assist with pool heaters, plumbing, drinking fountain chillers, and other facility systems when needed.
- Manage and complete work orders using a mobile work-order system.
- Spot problems, take initiative, and fix things before they become bigger problems.
- Work independently while being part of a team that takes pride in keeping the property running at its best.
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Active EPA certification
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- A dependable, get-it-done attitude
- Ability to safely work from ladders and lift up to 75lbs.
This isn't your typical HVAC job. You'll work with a wide variety of equipment and systems in a beautiful private club environment, with plenty of opportunity to use your skills and solve interesting problems.
