The State of South Carolina is seeking a program specialist to implement pre-release case plans with offenders, evaluating progress and coordinating aftercare services such as employment, housing and vocational rehabilitation.
You will collaborate with local and state partners, facilitate classes when needed, maintain documentation, and prepare monthly reports, contributing to continuous program improvement and quality outcomes. Must complete four weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.
