Valid California Single Subject Art Credential (or Intern Eligible) or valid CTE teaching credential in Arts, Media, and Entertainment

• Credential Copy (Copy of Qualifying Credential)
• Letter of Introduction (Letter of Introduction is optional)
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Minimum 3 letters of recommendation)
• Resume (Resume relating specific qualifications and experience)
• Test Results/Materials (CBEST; CSET or other subj. matter test; NCLB Compliance in Subj.; El Authorization)

• Career Technical Education Teaching Credential
  - Arts, Media, and Entertainment
• Single Subject Teaching Credential
  - Art

The prior position was for at least 75% of the school year, You were under contract during that time as the teacher of record, The school was WASC-accredited (or similarly accredited), You held a valid credential while employed at that institution
