Med-Trans Corporation, a leader in air medical transport, is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering and Maintenance team. In this role, you will perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on a modern rotor- and fixed-wing fleet, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will document all work per FAA and company standards, support rapid-response readiness, and collaborate closely with flight and clinical crews.

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Med-Trans aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, structural, and basic avionics issues and determine effective corrective actions.
- Complete accurate and timely maintenance documentation, including logbook entries, parts tracking, and compliance records.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and manufacturer maintenance manuals.
- Collaborate with pilots, maintenance leadership, and operations staff to prioritize and address aircraft discrepancies and minimize downtime.
- Participate actively in safety programs, adhere to safety management system practices, and report hazards or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant hangar and work environment, including proper care and storage of tools and equipment.
- Support on-call, night, weekend, and field maintenance activities as required to sustain 24/7 air medical operations.
- Assist with aircraft acceptance, return-to-service checks, and quality control inspections as needed.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance technical skills and regulatory knowledge.
