Construction Field Superintendent

Resource Tek specializes in providing technical recruitment and staffing services to industry and government in all areas of Engineering, Construction, Information Technology, and a broad range of other technical disciplines. In support of our client, a regional general contractor, we are searching for a Superintendent/Field Manager to join their team located near Blytheville, AR. This assignment may require additional travel to client sites in Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky.

This is a contract to hire opportunity with the client. This position holds responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of industrial construction projects on site to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. An additional focus of this position is to strengthen existing as well as build new and lasting relationships with clientele and subcontractors.
