Ed Tech (9pm-7am, 4-On 4-Off Schedule) Safety Sensitive Position

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for educational technology tools and platforms during overnight hours
• Assist educators and students with hardware, software, and network issues related to educational technology
• Monitor system performance and ensure the stability and security of our EdTech infrastructure
• Document support requests and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with IT and educational teams to resolve complex technical issues promptly
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EdTech products and emerging technologies relevant to the educational environment

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical support, IT, or related field, preferably within educational technology
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage multiple support requests
• Familiarity with common EdTech platforms, hardware, and network configurations
• Flexibility to work a 4-on, 4-off schedule, including overnight hours from 9 PM to 7 AM
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
