Responsibilities- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for tele and in‑patient services.
- Lead clinic staff in their behaviors, actions, and attitudes (e.g., X‑Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists) to deliver excellent patient care.
- Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description.
- Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
- Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Engage with clinical leadership, escalating to management where appropriate to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns.
- Meet patient volume goals for tele and in‑patient services.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis, while building and maintaining confidence and credibility with all employees.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations focusing on patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliability.
- Ensure all activities comply with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings.
- Maintain a queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications while educating patients on ongoing treatment.
- Adhere to clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and E/M training.
- Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training to meet and exceed quality care standards.

- Recommend ideas to improve overall patient experience and care within the clinic and telehealth leadership.
- Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care.
- Welcome new employees on their first day, provide introductions, clinic tours, and overview of processes.
- Assist new employees with learning activities and required training.
- Provide job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities to support new employee training.
- Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees to foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Perform the physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions required by the position.
- Comply with company standards of operations.
- Promote and maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality for employees and business.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- PRN employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
