• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including safety-sensitive job policies.

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule, including days.
• Knowledge of safety-sensitive procedures and compliance standards.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
• Permit, and a valid BLS Certification.
