Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 10AM-10PM F, S, S – Safety Sensitive Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in a safety-sensitive role. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns promptly
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control standards
Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid RN or LPN license in the state of employment
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or hospital environment
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards
  • Permit and a valid BLS Certification
  • Valid ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Certification
