• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including safety-sensitive job policies

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule, including days
• Knowledge of safety-sensitive procedures and compliance standards
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure situations
• Permit, and a valid BLS Certification.
