• Our client is an industrial distributor and fabricator serving MRO and OEM customers with industrial products and custom-fabricated solutions. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customers from the branch location, manage orders and quotes, and coordinate with internal fabrication and warehouse operations.
• This position requires prior inside sales experience in an industrial environment and offers the opportunity for future progression into outside sales.

• Manage customer relationships and support the sale of industrial products from within the branch location
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person regarding product availability, pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines
• Process customer orders, prepare quotes, create invoices, and track order status through fulfillment
• Provide product information and technical sales support based on customer requirements
• Coordinate with fabrication and warehouse teams to confirm product specifications, inventory availability, and order requirements
• Support order entry, pricing, quoting, invoicing, and delivery coordination using ERP/CRM systems
• Address customer order and product issues and elevate matters requiring management involvement
• Coordinate multiple customer requests and time-sensitive orders
• Support branch sales and customer service activities for industrial MRO and OEM products

• 1+ years of inside sales experience
• Inside sales experience in an industrial environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems

• Base salary in the 50k - 60k range
