Security Officer Patrol Watch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or public officials as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, verifying credentials and directing visitors in accordance with location policies and post instructions.;
Support a professional environment within a public healthcare location by assisting with traffic flow, de-escalating tense situations, and communicating clearly with staff and/or emergency responders.
