Overview
Amteck is currently hiring Arkansas Journeyman Licensed Electricians for work in northeastern AR in our Service Dept. This position typically involves 4 10‑hour shifts with the possibility of overtime. A valid Journeyman License in Arkansas is required.

ResponsibilitiesTypical duties include installing conduit, wire, and cable systems; reading and interpreting blueprints; installing and terminating panels, switchboards, and other electrical equipment; troubleshooting and repairing faulty circuits, equipment, or systems; and, depending on the assignment, carrying out control system tasks. You may also lead 1‑3 team members as needed.
Qualifications- Active Arkansas Journeyman Electrician License
- 5+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites
- Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems
- Control experience is a plus
- Ability to effectively lead 1‑3 team members
- OSHA 10 preferred but not required
