Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician

Riggs CAT is seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician to support our Construction customers in the Technical & Maintenance department. In this mobile role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Caterpillar heavy equipment and engines at customer jobsites across Arkansas. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems, performing preventive maintenance, and using Cat diagnostic tools and technical documentation.

You will work independently in the field while representing a company known for integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
