Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of maintenance electrician experience (required)
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read, communicate, and document work in English
- Must be computer literate and great at problem-solving
- Troubleshooting and repairing tube mill production equipment
- Diagnosing electrical issues with precision and speed
- Reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Using tools, meters, cranes, and more to keep things in top shape
- Ensuring full compliance with LOTO and safety procedures
- Guiding teammates and reporting issues as needed
