Days, 6:00am to 6:00pm, 7:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm, rotating weekends and holidays

Onsite for the Information Desk

The Guest Attendant delivers a positive welcoming experience at critical points of first and last impressions—the entries and exits of the hospital campus. The Guest Attendant sets a positive, helpful, and supportive tone in every interaction.

• Serve as a resource and coordinating link in assigned areas, proactively offering helpful information such as directions.
• Screen and facilitate access for patients, families, and visitors.
• Summon supplementary security assistance as required to quell disturbances and prevent unauthorized access.
• Exhibit outstanding human interaction and communication skills.
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, helpful, and supportive.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Handle occasional stressful situations or tense interactions.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Previous customer service or equivalent experience is strongly desired.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• No certification, experience, or supervisory experience required.
