Primary Care Physician (IM/FM) - Youngstown, Ohio

Southwoods Health, a community-based physician owned health system in Youngstown, Ohio, is seeking board certified/board eligible Outpatient Primary Care Physicians to join our growing team. The selected candidate will become a member of Triad Physician Services, Southwoods Health’s employed medical group, which employs in excess of 200 licensed providers across multiple specialties within the region.

• Independent or multi-physician practice models with Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm schedule
• Practice model flexibility to support inpatient – outpatient practice models or exclusively outpatient practice models, with medical group hospitalists eligible to support practice inpatients within local acute care hospital settings
• Strong advanced practice support team, tenured nursing, and support staff
• Southwoods Health imaging, home health and outpatient physical therapy
