LHH is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join a growing manufacturing organization in Boardman, Ohio
. This role is ideal for a data-driven, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys partnering cross‑functionally to improve financial visibility, operational performance, and strategic decision‑making.
In this position, you will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will leverage your analytical expertise to evaluate cost structures, identify trends, and develop insights that drive efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements, forecasts, and budgeting reports
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to operations and leadership
- Support manufacturing cost analysis, standard costing, and inventory valuation efforts
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to understand financial impacts of production activities
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and models to support strategic planning and performance improvement
- Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range strategic financial planning
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
- Perform ad‑hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)
- 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory processes, and operational finance
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Boardman, OH at least 4 days per week
