Financial Analyst (Hybrid) – Youngstown, OH – Manufacturing Industry

A well‑established and growing manufacturing company in the Youngstown area is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with leadership and operations. • Analyze and interpret sales, profit, and income performance
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and projections
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision‑making
• Assist in evaluating business investments and growth initiatives
• Develop management reporting tools to improve processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall business planning
• Partner with finance and operational leaders to explain variances and trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• 2‑4 years of financial analysis experience
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models and create actionable reporting
• Experience analyzing variances between actual and budget
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Experience with BI tools and corporate financial systems is a plus
