Financial Analyst (Hybrid) – Youngstown, OH – Manufacturing Industry
A well‑established and growing manufacturing company in the Youngstown area is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with leadership and operations. WhatYou’ll Do
- Analyze and interpret sales, profit, and income performance
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and projections
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision‑making
- Assist in evaluating business investments and growth initiatives
- Develop management reporting tools to improve processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall business planning
- Partner with finance and operational leaders to explain variances and trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
- 2‑4 years of financial analysis experience
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models and create actionable reporting
- Experience analyzing variances between actual and budget
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience with BI tools and corporate financial systems is a plus
