Imaging Office Coordinator

Southwoods Health is seeking an Imaging Office Coordinator to lead our front-end operations. This role oversees scheduling, registration, and financial clearance, ensuring high-quality data collection for a seamless patient experience and timely billing.

• Operational Leadership:
  Manage the daily workflow of the imaging office team, including training, performance evaluations, and payroll approval.
• Revenue Cycle Oversight:
  Collaborate with billing teams to monitor registration accuracy, secure authorizations, and investigate the root causes of claim denials.
• Compliance & Policy:
  Develop and maintain department policies in coordination with the Director of Imaging to ensure full compliance with OSHA, ODH, and The Joint Commission.
• Quality Assurance:
  Audit patient demographics and insurance data to maintain the highest standards of accuracy across all facility registrations.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle operations preferred.
• Education:
  
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or a related field preferred.
• Certification:
  Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in medical terminology, business office software, and team leadership.

Full-time (40 hours/week).

Note:

This role primarily covers weekend day shifts and may require occasional Saturday mornings or extended weekday hours as needed.
