Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Assist customers in shopping and finding what they need. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Major Activities

Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.

Use Elevated ABC Deliver to develop customer relationships and create custom framing solutions, aiming to meet sales and production targets.

Complete framing orders accurately and promptly.

Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas, including SISO and replenishment.

Provide friendly customer service, assist in shopping, and ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandised.

Follow SOPs and support shrink and safety initiatives.

Interact respectfully with others, remain positive, and promote the company’s values and image.

Participate in truck unloading and stocking, adhering to standards and budgets.

Operate cash register and handle transactions according to standards.

Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.

Support omni-channel processes.

Other Duties As Assigned Minimum Experience Requirements

Basic computer and measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Preferred Experience

Retail experience.
Experience in selling products or services to customers.

Physical Requirements

Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching regularly.
Ability to move throughout the store and stand for long periods.
Lifting heavy items and accessing high shelves with ladders or similar equipment.

Work Environment

Public retail setting with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work and stockroom conditions.
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
