Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and shrink control;
Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, offering samples, and recommending products;
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests;
Book appointments for and support services and in-store events to deliver guest experience while achieving sales goals;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and growth of Clinique customer base through active contact and follow-up;
