Meat Cutter

Responsible for meat operation including but not limited to preparing, storing, cutting, cleaning, and serving meat.

Essential functions include monitoring food distribution, cleaning and sterilizing dishes and equipment, maintaining coolers and cases, observing shift hours, providing customer service, controlling shrink, recording hours worked, monitoring food preparation and serving, assisting in bookkeeping, maintaining inventory, ensuring proper temperature and safety procedures, and cleaning and maintaining the meat department.

Education:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

include basic computer skills.

Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
