Transport empty trailers to operating company locations and turn around to deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards;
Drive tandem tractor trailer and/or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes to transport trailers;
Perform pre/post trip safety inspections per Department of Transportation regulations;
Ensure proper loading, securing freight, and complete necessary paperwork;
Maintain daily hours-of-service logs in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements
