This is a full-time on-site Senior Accountant/Supervisor role located in Boca Raton, FL. The candidate will oversee and perform advanced accounting tasks such as preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws, managing bookkeeping systems, and overseeing payroll processes. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for financial efficiency, assisting with audits, and mentoring junior staff members as needed.

• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience in tax compliance, including corporate, individual, and payroll tax preparation.
• Advanced skills in bookkeeping, overseeing payroll systems, and performing reconciliations.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Quick Books and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar senior accounting role is preferred.
