Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

SMI Accountant (Hourly | In Office)

Boca Raton, FL

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

$28–$30 per hour (based on experience)

In-office position

We are seeking a detail-oriented SMI Accountant to support our Accounting Department in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role focuses on accounts receivable collections and deductions, accounts payable processing, and general accounting support.

• Manage and collect accounts receivable aging
• Research and resolve A/R adjustments and customer deductions
• Prepare invoice deduction notices
• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
• Audit and code vendor invoices to the general ledger
• Maintain organized A/P and A/R files
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and accounting adjustments
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (A/P and A/R required)
• Experience in a high-volume accounting environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred

• In-office role in Boca Raton
• Standard office environment
