Are you ready to build your career by joining an international fire and alarm protection company? If so, our client is hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator.

Position Type:
  • Contract
  • On-Site
Required:
  • Data Entry Numeric Typing Test is required.
  • Must have 3-5 years of AP experience.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work.
  • Must be able to multitask and still remain focused.
  • Customer support experience as well as AP background is a plus.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent human relationship skills a must.
Responsibilities:
  • Will work in AP invoice processing and vendor support.
  • Ability to answer phone calls and emails from vendors and other departments.
  • Ability to process invoices in ERP system. Ability to reconcile vendor statements.
