At-a-Glance:
Are you ready to build your career by joining an international fire and alarm protection company? If so, our client is hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator.Position Type:
- Contract
- On-Site
- Data Entry Numeric Typing Test is required.
- Must have 3-5 years of AP experience.
- Ability to handle high volumes of work.
- Must be able to multitask and still remain focused.
- Customer support experience as well as AP background is a plus.
- Analytical skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent human relationship skills a must.
- Will work in AP invoice processing and vendor support.
- Ability to answer phone calls and emails from vendors and other departments.
- Ability to process invoices in ERP system. Ability to reconcile vendor statements.
