Job Title:
Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Duration: 11-12 Months (possibility of extension)
Job Summary:
- This candidate will work in Accounts Payable (AP) invoice processing and vendor support.
- Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails from vendors and other departments, processing invoices in the ERP system, and reconciling vendor statements.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle high volumes of work.
- Must be able to multitask while maintaining focus and accuracy.
- Customer support experience and an AP background are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required.
Additional Requirement
- A Data Entry Numeric Typing Test is required.
- Test results must be submitted along with candidate submissions.
- Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 6,500 KPH with 95% accuracy.
- Preferred candidates will have 7,000+ KPH with 95% accuracy.
