Location: Boca Raton, FL
Salary Range: $48,000 - $54,000 annually

- Make business-to-business collections calls (approximately 60 calls per day)
- Perform payment reconciliations
- Contact customers via phone and written communication to bring accounts current
- Negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts
- Maintain accurate account records
- Investigate discrepancies and offer solutions to resolve delinquent accounts
- 3+ years of AR/Collections experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, Pivot Tables)
- Team-oriented but able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have B2B experience
