Bookkeeper Invoicing

We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our Invoicing/Payments team. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, knowledgeofaccounting workflows, and experienceworkingwithbookkeepingsoftware. This role ensurestimelyandaccurateinvoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies to supportoptimalfinancial performance.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST

• Generateaccurateinvoicesand distribute to customers in accordance with guidelines
• Process payments and refunds for vendors
• Correspond with customers and vendors onpayment issues
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 2+ years of US bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workload in a deadline-driven environment
• Preferred: knowledge of medical billing

$60,000 - $70,000 USD
