Staff Accountant
Boca Raton, FL
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant. This role will focus on uploading journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts while supporting the accounting team during this transition period.
Key Responsibilities:- Upload journal entries into Net Suite
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy
- Utilize VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Support the accounting team with general ledger tasks as needed
- Experience with Net Suite or strong ERP experience with the ability to learn quickly
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables (must-have)
