We are a well-established public accounting firm based in Boca Raton, known for delivering high-quality tax, accounting, and advisory services to a diverse client base. We're growing and looking for an experienced Tax Senior to join our collaborative and client-focused team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and C-corps
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Identify tax planning opportunities and support year-round advisory services
• Mentor and review work of junior staff
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information and provide updates
• Stay current on tax laws and regulations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of public accounting tax preparing experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
