Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year | Miami, FL | On-site | Permanent

- Maintain and analyze financial records and general ledgers
- Compile and review financial statements
- Assist with banking and client financial relationships
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Ensure the preparation of thorough and accurate work papers
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and profitability
- Support the evaluation and selection of accounting software
- Design and implement accounting systems and process improvements
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting
- Strong accounting skills and experience reviewing financial statements
- Knowledge of journal entries, general ledger, AP/AR, and other general accounting/finance practices
