Susan Lachance Interior Design is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This is an in-office position (not remote).

This role will be responsible for maintaining current accounts and assisting with invoicing functions. We are looking for an experienced candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounting tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with invoicing and billing processes
• Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments

Qualifications:

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Proficiency in Quick Books
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
