Responsibilities
- Billing Operations Analyst will process customer invoices accurately and in accordance with contractual billing requirements
- Review, audit, and validate timesheets, expenses, and supporting documentation prior to invoicing
- Process billing adjustments, credits, and debits within established service level agreements
- Research and resolve billing inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain customer billing records, purchase orders, contact information, and invoicing requirements
- Generate and analyze reports to support billing investigations and operational decision-making
- As a Billing Operations Analyst, you will manage billing updates within internal systems and vendor management systems (VMS)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies
- Support special billing arrangements, including project-based and fee-based billing activities
- Assist with process improvements and cross-functional collaboration efforts
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent required;
Additional education preferred - 3+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations experience
- Experience researching and resolving billing discrepancies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with VMS platforms, ERP systems, or billing software preferred
- Medical billing knowledge, ICD-10, Medicaid/Medicare, or healthcare claims experience is a plus
- Experience with in staffing, healthcare, or shared services environments
- Knowledge of invoice reconciliation and audit processes
- Familiarity with compliance and internal control procedures
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
